No Logs Policy

At ProxyPi, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our No Logs Policy ensures that your online activities remain private and secure while using our residential proxy services. This policy outlines what information we do and do not collect, demonstrating our dedication to user privacy.

Our Privacy Commitment

ProxyPi operates a strict no-logs policy for user activity. We do not monitor, record, or store any data related to your browsing habits, websites visited, or content accessed through our proxies. Our service is designed to provide anonymous and secure proxy access without compromising your privacy.

What We Do Not Log

  • Connection Logs: We do not record source IP addresses, destination IP addresses, or connection timestamps.
  • Browsing Activity: No records of websites visited, files downloaded, or any content transmitted through our proxies.
  • DNS Queries: We do not log DNS requests made while using our service.
  • Personal Data: We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for account management.

What We Do Collect

To provide and maintain our service, we collect minimal information required for operational purposes. This includes:

  • Account Information: Email address, username, and hashed password for authentication and account management.
  • Billing Data: Aggregate bandwidth usage (inbound and outbound data in MB) for billing and plan enforcement. This is anonymized and does not link to specific activities.
  • Service Metrics: General system logs for debugging and performance monitoring, such as error rates or proxy availability, without user-specific details.
  • Signup Attempts: IP addresses and timestamps for security purposes, like preventing abuse during registration.

All collected data is stored securely in compliance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. We use third-party services like Stripe for payments, which handle sensitive financial information separately under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Security

We retain operational data only as long as necessary for service provision and legal compliance. Account information is kept while your account is active and deleted upon request or inactivity. Bandwidth usage records are aggregated and retained for billing purposes for up to 12 months.

Our infrastructure uses encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect data. In the event of a legal request, we will only disclose information if required by UK law, and we have no history of voluntary data sharing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this No Logs Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Effective Date: January 5, 2026
