1. Introduction

Welcome to ProxyPi. By creating an account, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may only create one account per individual and per household IP address. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Free Trial Terms

We may offer a one-time free trial limited to 100MB of data usage per IP address, enforced through CAPTCHA and signup attempt logging to prevent abuse. Trials are subject to these Terms and may be terminated at any time without notice. Upon exhaustion of data or detection of misuse, the trial account will be disabled.

4. Paid Plan Terms

Paid plans include data allowances of 1GB, 5GB, 10GB, or 50GB. Usage is monitored and enforced based on your plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Coinbase Commerce (cryptocurrency). All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds for Stripe payments may be requested within 7 days if usage has not exceeded trial limits, subject to our review.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, ethical purposes in compliance with UK laws, including the Online Safety Act 2023, and international regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, harassment, phishing, spamming, unsolicited communications, DDoS attacks, port scanning, network interference, malware distribution, intellectual property infringement, illegal content distribution, or bypassing geo-restrictions in violation of third-party terms.

6. Logging and Privacy

We adhere to a strict No-Logs Policy and collect only minimal data necessary for service operation, such as aggregate bandwidth usage for billing. We do not log browsing activity, IPs visited, or content. For details, see our No Logs Policy. Data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. Upon termination, access ends immediately, and no refunds are issued for unused data.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
